I used to live here, and let me tell you, it was horrible.
The neighbors suck, all day, and almost all night I had to listen to people stomping in the above unit. Right off the back, I know what you might be thinking; "Yeah, whatever, there's bound to be noise." The truth is I agree with you, but the thing is, I am not talking about the average hard walker, these people sound like they are jumping on the floor with the integrity of their might.
As if that's not bad enough, almost every other night we were awakend at three or four in the morning to thumping and bumping. For about an hour from there, we have to tolerate listening to those damn people have sex.
As if that's not bad enough, starting at six in the morning, we had to listen to their stupid dog run around.
I've tried talking to them as nice as possible, and their response is very narrow and ignorant.
Well let me tell you this: anyone who tries to validate this type of noise is an idiot.
There is such a thing a responsibility. And when you live in a second or third floor you are undertaking a responsibility. Granted mommy and daddy may have had a house and you're excited to be living in sin with your un-married lesser half, granted that's your business. But that pourage of behavior ends right there. Thus when you live in an apartment you need to grow the ---- up and understand that there are other people in which your behavior begins to effect. And on a second or third floor - growing the ---- up and ending your self-centered ignorance is a necessity.
Mind this before any of you, especially you kiddies, decide to live on an upper level floor.
Maybe I am just ranting, but what else could I do. The security offocers a joke. He couldn't give a damn. He's always trying to get out of taking a complaint. If you were to try to ask him to investigate, he's like, a telemarketer trying to sell you some piece of crap, except his piece of crap is his attitude on how he couldn't give a damn, and how he doesn't want to get off his ass and do his job.
After a while you just want to yell at him and kick his ass. He's a real ------- wuss. Which is funny because he thinks he's tough, but he looks and act like a dumbass.
Atlast, there's managment and their supposed zero tolerance policy. But what they don't tell you is that zero tolerance policy means they will do zero to help you and you just have to tolerate it. I'm just glad to be moving.
Do yourself a favor and run as fast as you can away from this place.
It looks nice, but don't trust them. They're nothing but con artist. What they do is show you a nice quiet unit, which no one lives above. Then once you sign the lease, bam you're stuck in hell. Now I know why the office people laughed when they gave us the keys.
Thus, I advise you to only come here if you would like to see where your --- relatives will end up.

I live in Saddleridge and I have found it to be lovely. The only complaint I have is the parking.
