This has to be, by far, the worst complex in San Antonio. Myself and 2 other roommates moved into this apartment complex, thinking we were going to get what we paid for -- more than plenty. And man, were we mistaken.
The noise, the kids and the parking are horrible. From 7 am - 10 pm the kids are roaming the complex, young kids especially without supervision, are screaming and yelling constantly. Not only that, if you don't have a reserved parking, which is very limited and always a waiting list, you are probably going to have to park far far away from your apartment. Oh yeah, and they never mentioned to us that they allow "vouchers" - meaning that a woman and her 15 kids will most likely be your neighbors, since they let low income families live there. Not that I have anything personally against poor people, but they stereotypically have some habits that are a nuisance to those who pay full price for an apartment that promises tranquility, security, and amenities. None which were evident when we lived there. Maintenance requests have to be down in writing! Give me a break! You can' even call, what kind of customer service is that! Everyone has the code to the gate - so that simply means no security! And do they bother to periodically change it so that all residents will use their gate clicker, no --- too much for them!
So, don't be fooled by its exterior, as the complex charges and looks like a premier complex, but it is far from it!
