I read some of the comments before renting our apartment 3 months ago but I thought it's just couple of people. But believe me, this place is really horrible. Here are the problems:

1) Management does not care about you after you sign the deal. They are ignorant.
2) There's only one maintenance guy, so you have to wait for couple of weeks. Add the ignorant management to this too.
3) Parking is really terrible. They are all 3-story buildings, and there are 12 apartments in a building, and there are some reserved parking too. So, if you are little late to come home, you have to park far far away. Just check it out after 6 pm BEFORE you rent the apartment.
4) There?s no activity place, play ground. SO the kids are on the parking lot, playing, yelling, etc.
5) Rent is too high for what you are getting?
6) The material they used for the building is really low quality, just look at the faucets, dry walls (which are very thin)?
7) The so called Security Gate has been broken for 4 months?
8) There was 1 robbery and 1 vandalism in the last 2 months?

The only good thing about Saddle Ridge is the building is new, just 3, 4 years. That?s it.

So think twice, even 3 times before you rent from these ignorant people?
