Whoever has been calling this place the ghetto and a "halfway house" has some serious snobbery and racism issues. The complex is across the street from an elementary school, so occasionally the kids will wander across the road and roam the complex, but that isn't really mgmt's fault.

Been living here for 2 years, and we've always been well-treated. Work orders completed within 24 hours. Grounds well-kept, neighbors relatively quiet, office staff friendly and helpful. Workout room needs more upkeep (some machinery will sit broken and not be repaired for months).

They steam-clean our carpet for free every time we renew our lease! And they give student discounts and have actually cut us a deal on lowered rent, as long as we pay on time. We've not once been harrassed for noise or mess.

If you're a good tenant, they're good landlords. It's that simple. And I think it's a beautiful, peaceful place to live (retirement home next door, only 2 miles from a grocery store, 5 miles from Huebner Oaks shopping center).
