One of the worst managed apartments I have lived in. You do not want to live here! The office is never open when they say they will be. Along with that we have complained about the people living above us over 5 times but told by the office that there is nothing they can do. I have lived in many apartments in SA and know that on occasion you will hear the people around you. Not like this! To add to our frustration we were one day late, ONE, with our rent and told we had three days to move out. The excuse the management team gave was that the letters are generated automatically and they were sorry as they have never had a problem with my fiance and I and not to worry about it. It amazes me that the letter is automatically generated but it was signed and on our door. I have never seen a letter that signs itself and walks to our door. I read the other reviews thinking they were all just disgruntled people that used to live here. Trust me, unless you want constant frustration, you dont want to live here. Oh, one more thing. When we moved in we were told the gym had some broken equipment but new equipment would be here by Feb. (We moved in Dec). It's now Aug and we have yet to see any new gym equipment and not some of the equipment is broken, its all broken. What a joke.
