Maintance has NEVER been done, problems since we moved in 7 mos ago still exist.
Terms on contract are insane.
Parking is terrible.
Gate rarely works.
Neighbors are unfriendly.
Mail has been stolen.
Cars broken into.
Most recently we caught a peeping tom on our back porch.
Also, there's a sex offender in the complex and they never notified us. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

I have been looking to move to Saddlewood for a few months and have been by to look at the apartments twice. I have never seen a problem with the gates on the many other occassions I have driven by (I always see people stopping to enter their code/use their card to get in). How do you know if mail was stolen if you didn't get it? I know our mailman misplaces mail all the time - could be your mailman. Hmmm, I wonder how you found out about a sex offender when there isn't one in the database? Did someone tell you there was someone or do you know the person? I did however notice that they do only give you one assigned parking spot - fend for yourself on your second vehicle and their appliances are outdated. They did have a very nice pool, playground, business center and workout room. Everyone, please take ALL reviews with a grain of salt. The apartment complex I currently live in isn't that great, but nobody is going to be a 100% happy with everything. Everyone has different priorities - I may think a washer/dryer in my apartment is the most important feature, someone else may say it's ceiling fans in every room. I've been looking at reviews for over a year now and only a VERY FEW apartment complex's have high reviews. Those I have noticed are in the very high dollar areas. The rest of us working folks that can't afford $1500-$2000 a month just have to deal with less than perfect standards. :( |

I lived in these apartments for no longer than two months. They are the worst I have ever seen! I had a hole in the bathroom floor where I could see the people that lived below me when they were in their bathroom. When I first moved in the locks on the front door did not work, it took them a week to fix this problem, I STRESS this is not a neighborhood you want to be in without locking your doors. My bathroom counter doors were on upside down, there was mold growing out of the vents and on the dishwasher. not to mention, fleas infested in the carpet that every time you walked accross your feet turned black. All of the this the first day we moved in, then when we hooked up our washer, water leaked all over the palce and we got yelled at for hoooking up our washer. Watch all your belongings, as we were moving out, neighbors witnessed the maintance men stealing money and electronics out of our apartment. We had a full month paid for and to get our stuff out, they had no right being in our apartment. Kids like to run on the covered parking and parents let them do it, so don't be suprised if you find your car destroyed one day.

Do you really want me to believe that the maintenance guys stold your belongings and you did nothing about it? For starters, you can ask your witnesses to put it in writing and go to the police to have them arrested. What's wrong with you?
