Usually I am a positive person and I put up with a lot, but I am fed up with being trated like i live in govt funded housing. We pay good money to live here and are not treated with the promises they make when siging the lease.

Parking: terrible; my car looks like it was used as a dart board because the person that parks next to my ASSIGNED parking spot put a dent in my door every time the exited the car. Management said it was not their problem.

Maintenance: sub standard; the SHORTEST amount of time I have ever waited for maintenance to come to may aid was 3 WEEKS. WHen they finally come to fix your problem, they don't really fix anything (maybe because they dont know how). They tell you to notify them immediatly if there is a water leak so you don't get any mold yet it takes them almost a month to address the leak. Get a copy of your maintenance requests when you make them because they have "lost" my written requests on several occasions.
speaking of water... something is always leaking in the complex (the ac unit in the bathroom, the toilet, broken pipes flooding the parking lot). AND WE HAVE TO PAY FOR THE WATER!!!

Safety: Horrible!!!; only 10% of the security lights over the covered parking spots actually work. Most of the walkways are unlit (because management is too lazy to replace the light bulbs) The gated complex statement is a joke. The gates are more often stuck completely closed (so you are locked into the complex) or wide open for weeks at a time without being repaired.I feel very unsafe at night, you basically have to run from your car to the apartment door (in the dark).

Community: Rough; the children run around the parking lots completely unsupervised (playing baseball near our cars). There are at least 15-18 stray cats that tear through the garbage every night (not exaggerating)and lay under the cars all day. The pools are not very sanitary and are always a source of water waste. Neighbors think that your porch is a great place to throw empty beer cans and bottles. Any the best solution for cleaning up a shattered sliding glass door is to sweep it up and throw it over the balcony so it lands in someone elses back porch and all over the sidewalk (we value safety here obvoiusly).

Overall experience:
I know that these ratings are usually low becuase only the disgruntled renters post comments, but I have been trying to give them the benifit of the doubt. Nothing has been done correctly to prove that this complex is worth spending money at.
