They must have corrected these problems- i moved in the apartments in jan 2007 i ahve only been her a couple o months however, it is very quiet @ night almost too quiet. The grounds are clean, they are very strict with the kids being out. there is always parking you have covered parking -now c'mon if you have 2 3 4 cars get over it you are not going to have guranteed parking @ any aptartment complex, but everyone has an assigned parking if you choose to use it\ the washer dryer area clean - i now have my own so i do not use it- the only problem i have is with the mail service and the post man --i have had so many problems getting my mail and checks but that is @ not fault to the complex i have since taken that up with the post service. I believe it is how you approach things --approach them as a B***h then you do not get anything accomplished- undestand they are dealing with 100's of apts- i would like there jub never - but after all the reading i have done - even if you owned a home - you do not pick your neighbors and unfortunatley there are loud people everywhere-gangs-graffati-theft-guns- everywhere now i wish the world was different but since i have been here no noise no kids nobody just "hanging" outside, so for the most part i think the complaints might have worked so thank you to all of you who did complain it has made the apartment complex better- i do nto experience any of it - no roaches, no bugs, no leaks,

no roaches, no bugs, no leaks. management states pest control sprays but i have yet to seen pest control i even took the day off. the office staff stated yes they did spray your apartment i was like i was here all day and no one showed up

Ok! Now witch one of you in the office posted this? Employee's don't count as a renter in my book! Now, you want an honest opinion? This place is not that bad, but if you are friendly enough the roaches will eat out of your hand. Maintenance will fix everything that they can, witch brings me to my next point. What are the standards for employment, when you have to teach the maintenance man what he needs and how to fix the problem? Now, if you got this far I would like to give you a little advise. When you go out to rent a place and have decided to rent there you sign a contract,READ IT! Talk with them about it. Make sure they know you have read it. Ask them to put there signature on every page. And remember these poeple get paid hourly PLUS COMMISSION, so a lot of them will lie to you cause the commission can be more then they make in a week...
