What they tell you when you sign your lease contract is all A LIE. THey told us that there was security and the gates will be closed unless accessed by code (BOTH LIES). It takes 3-4 weeks for maintenance to get out there to fix your problem. Constantly shutting off water without notice or just having cold water during the mid winter...OUCH! Your assigned parking space really isn't assigned....everyone parks wherever they feel and when you report to management that your parking was stolen.....they never do anything. New mangagement will come in without any residents given any type of notice....changes start to occur...like a new towing company which you have no number for...mind you the lease contract states that if any changes occur residents will be given notice....LIE AGAIN!!! What out because there has been shootings in the complex....3 died and 1 in critical condition. Makes you wonder how strangers can enter complex...oh wait the gates are always open and there's NO SECURITY!!!! All of a sudden your water bill will jump from $19.00 to $75.00...ridiculous! WARNING>>>>DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!

Have people been shot and killed? I saw on SA Crimebase online that there was no reported incident. When did it occur? Just curious because I want to make sure it's a safe complex to live in.
