San Antonio Station

Eh... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/12/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I have lived here for two years and I cannot wait to get away! The apartment itself is incredibly old, my airconditioner constantly breaks and leaks into the wall, my front door/lock as also broken numerous times, along with another long list of things that have gone wrong. A positive note on all that is that the problems are fixed quickly. The noise level around the complex is quite loud. It's probably just the thin walls of the old place. I live on the second floor and I hear every word my neighbors say, their TV, radio, etc. I feel sorry for the people who live below me. The staff is friendly, but the rest of the occupants are not. Perhaps it's the focused medical/dental student, but they hardly ever say hello, wave, get out of the way of traffic around the area. I suppose if you're not a medical or dental student just stay away. The landscaping also leaves a lot to be desired. There are a few palm trees that are poorly manicured and the grass is not green. There used to be a nice fountain at the front of the complex, but it no longer runs. The staff is also always notifying you of some new rule with leaflets on your front door, it gets annoying despite it's necessity.
