San Miguel

Finally a helpful competant manager From: Rose828 Date posted: 11/7/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I moved into San Miguel in the begining of September, and although I haven't dealt with most of the staff very much I have had a wonderful experience with the Manager Brandi Bass. True the one other staff member I did have to deal with was rude. To correct the problem I went to Mrs. Bass and complained and now I only interact with her or the new guy there who seems very nice. I've lived in a place where the manager is never there, she was biased, and a liar. Compared to that this is heaven. I know not everything is always perfect but whenever I'm bothered by something I go to the manager and she informs me of whats going on. So I feel confident that it will be fixed.
