THIS APARTMENTS LOOK NICE FROM THE OUTSIDE, BUT THE INNER WORKINGS ARE HORRIBLE, THE STAFF IS TERRIBLE, AND NOT RESPONSIVE, THEY DONT SEEM TO HAVE A CLUE WHATS GOING ON. AND IF THEY DID, THEY PROBABLY WOULDNT TELL. LIGHTS ARE OUT IN THE PARKING LOT. THE DAMN GATES ARE ALWAYS OPEN. TRASH IS ALWAYS FULL. GYM DOESNT HAVE SUPPLIES TO KEEP IT SANITARY,
NEVER ACTUALLY SEEN THE "SECURITY GUARD" ON SITE.
SINCE THEY WERE BOUGHT OUT BY MBS IN AUGUST, EVERYTHING HAS BEEN DOWN IN THE DUMPS.
AND SOMTHING NEEDS TO BE DONE.
THE MANAGER, IS ALSO RUDE, NEVER THERE. AND NEVER TAKES APPOINTMENTS.

SOOOOOOOOOOOO TRUE!! I have already notified them on the lights but of course nothing has been done. Oh and apparently the gates are not operarating due to drunk residents hitting it- This is one of the many excuses from the staff- before it was that they were waiting for a certain part- oh yeah and lets not forget the one about the old management taking the codes with them. I find it hard to belive that the gates were hit when they have been open since AUGUST- maybe instead of getting petty services like walking a dog and notary service they should work on the bigger problems first!!
And yes the manager is very rude- im not even sure why she is a manager for a apartment complex that is supposed to be "luxurious" she should be working at a dump- oh wait nevermind, San Miguel is a dump- Thanks to MBS
