Very bad experience

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
I wish I had never moved in to this place - the apartments themselves are terrible and the water has been shut off multiple times. Even when there was water, the hot water hardly ever worked.
Worst of all, when I moved out, the management really screwed me over, and I had to pay for an extra month when I wasn't even living there. Stay away from this place!
