NOT WORTH IT - ROACH INFESTED!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/3/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   Roaches is a big problem and management make promises about extaminating and they don't do it. They just want to make you think that it was done by leaving a handwritten paper in your apartment and some white powder around the cabinets but the roaches don't end, if the pest control was being done, there would not be a roach problem. The manager flirts with the male tenants and gets away with it by laughing with them and not taking the situation serious, I've seen it! I've also seen police a few times running after someone or looking for someone. Management is very unprofessional, and rude. STAY AWAY FROM SANTA FE PLACE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!!! I will be moving out soon and I can't wait!!
