I have lived here for 4 years now and i have never had any of the problems that others have expressed when the new owners came in it was like a breath of fresh air all my problems have been taken care right away, yes we went with out hot water for a while because the boiler burst but they gave us a discount on our rent for the trouble some times i hear my neighbor but I work nights and they have been kind enough to put quiet people next door to me I have no complaints

This was a horrible place to live. When I first moved in, things were good. The people that took over were completely incompitant. They were renting to just anyone. They moved in a sociopath that would state at people to the point of discomfort and a male crackhead who chased people around with a shank as he demanded drugs or money . The cops are there almost daily. It is not a very safe place to live. Additionally, the pool is dirty most of the time.

This place was the worst place I have ever stayed, and for the reviewer who wrote that they had "absolutely no problems", and then turn around in the same sentence and say that "all their problems have been taken care of right away", seems stupid to me. Either there were problems or there wasn't any. Get your lie straight before you decided to post an untruthful review
