Worst Experience Ever

This is by far the worst community I have ever had to endure. I went from a lower class property and thought my stress would be much less moving to this "luxury apartment community"...I could have not been more wrong. For such a new community, I was very suprised about the lack of concern as far as maintenace is concerened. My A/C was leaking for 3 days before maintenance ever came to even inspect it, and of course the water damage to the hall was very extensive. There was also an incident in which my dryer was not venting correctly, maintenance assured me it was my plug and since it was their dryer they gave me a new wall plug. When I was doing my laundry, I heard a huge pop and saw a red spark coming from the laundry closet. The maintenance man did poor work, and thank goodness I was home or my house would have caught on fire, but luckily I was there and had a fire extinguisher. Trying to get a maintenance man to ever fix the vent system for the dryer so that my clothes would dry properly was a joke, and never happened. After I moved out I met a contratoc who helped build the property and was told with the design of the vent system, they are just going to clog and nothing will ever change that, 5 years from now, dryers may not even work there. Having to run your dryer 4 cycles to dry on load is ridiculous, and a huge burden on my electric bill. The parking here is also the worst ever. If you leave your house after 9 pm, you will have no where to aprk when you get home. The first mgmt company did their best to control the parking as best they could by towing people from assigned spots and visiotr parking, but when I was living there a new mgmt company came in and stopped towing, it is very frustrating to pay $35 for covered parking to guarnatee a spot to park when you come home, only to find some visitor in it and mgmt unwilling to do anything about it. Let's just say parking was anightmare but got worse in the end, hopefully it has improved, but with the dimwitted mgmt that took over I doubt it! Trash was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen, it would overflow sooo badly, you would literally have to swerve around it when driving in or out of the property. The residents, were also very unpleasant. From the drunken college students, to the inconsiderate slobs who refuse to clean up after their dogs. I thought I was moving up by moving into this complex but really was better off in my first apt home in a lower class neighborhood!! My last real complaint is the office staff. All of them in general were horrible. I enjoyed the staff that was there when I first moved in, but after the new mgmt came in and a new staff was slowly filtered in, things went from bad to worse. The staff that I last had the unpleasure of dealing with, was unprofessional, unorganized, and just down right rude. I will never go back to Sendero Ridge, I would rather become homeless, and I will NEVER recommend for even my worst enemy to move in there.
