I had lived there a year and was out of town on a business flight when I got delayed in Dallas.

I called the aparts and told them I was going to pay the rent tomorrow. They said OK no problem. I paid the rent next day and by the afternoon I had $50 late fee posted on my door with 3 days to pay or be evicted. I called and all they said it's in your lease agreement.

All I had at that moment was $40 till next paycheck that Friday. So I gave them a Money Order for $40. The next day I had a notice saying I owed $10 and I was being charged $10 for everyday it was deliquent.

What a-holes!!!

I have been contacting the apartment office for 5 months now about the sprinkler alarm. For the last 5 MONTHS I have had to listen to beepping in my apartment. Calling or their on-line job request does nothing. it was repaired for less than 2 weeks; the same time the fire department was doing their inspections. coincidents ?? THANK GOD my lease is up the end of OCT... IM FREE !! I would rather go threw the pains of moving than stay here.

If u need another apartment I can recomend a few to you that I have lived at before and have had no problems at all. Management is wonderful and the property is well taken care of. Check out Fifth Avenue apartments www.fifthavenueapts.net // Also you can check out The Manor At Castle Hills www.manoratcastlehills.com // Also check out Villages of Hampton Cove. www.hamptoncove.net I have lived at all of them and plan to go back to Villages of Hampton Cove at the end of my lease. They are really nice and they all have attached garages for the apartments. Fifth Avenue is my favorete old community. Its not gated but it is very nice. Management there is wonderful too. The Manor I liked alot. I was in a two bed two bath there on the second floor. Everyone was nice, alot of ammenities and the management was really nice too. Good Luck to you
