Stay away! It takes at least 3 or 4 complaints to get things done. My air conditioner never worked right. The plumbing is really bad, the toilet upstairs broke and EVERYTHING poured into my apt, they "fixed" that, but after many calls the wall was not properly fixed and soon had mold. The police are out there for a drug bust or buglary at least 3 times a week. The fence around the property is always falling down. Someone's always having loud parties. Not to mention my hub caps and front bumper were ripped from my car. It's cheap but you get what you pay for. Oh they also lost my rent check twice and gave me eviction notices while being investgated.
