Moved here in March '05 and has been nightmare since. Foolishly took apartment without seeing "the one" first because we were impressed with square footage and price. Floors visibly sag, a/c unit not adequate to cool area below outside temp during day when sun is out (they did send maintenance who could not fix it and we have called corporate ourself with promises of help but none have come to door yet, we have already had to request a pest control visit for bugs. Garbage disposal did not work on move in, light fixture literally fell out of socket from ceiling fan, carpet had visible stains and "make ready" people left floors dirty, new flooring put in around fridge and stove, pool is full of greenish black water. Was cleaned beautifully for radio promotional visit but not maintained and turned green again. Dimly lit at night.
