The worst part about having lived through the rancho mirage experience is that they put a bogus $3000.00 charge on my credit report that i found out a year later!!!! multiple murders occured while i lived there!!! the convinence store was also robbed multiple times. one purson was robbed of his change while using the payphone.... at gun point!!! i had racoons with babies living in the attic above my bed!!! the managers refused to remove them for their safety. hello' animal control''' i tried to call but they couldn't come out with out the apt mangers approval. needless to say they didn't. my truck and my car got broken into once each. one of my neighbors friend dented the door of my truck, keyed the truck and took off! the cops couldn't do anything because the apt managers wouldn't write up their statement!!! i couldn't even press charges!!! my laundry (both loads) was stolen out of the dryer! I still can't get ahold of the mangers to get the charge off my credit report... i don't even know what it is for!!!!
