I live at Seven Oaks now and, trust me, if I would have had more than a weeks notice when I moved out of my last house, I NEVER would have moved here. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, it looked run down and dumpy. I signed the year lease because I didn't have any other options. You can tell most people that live here are welfare types. I can say that I've never had a problem with neighbors and the maitenece staff was helpful. Management and leasing employees are super nice too. I will say that the apartments on the inside aren't bad. I hate my bathroom though. There are NO plugs in the bathroom, hot water runs out FAST and my tub is slanted so I stand unevenly as I shower. One thing that pisses me off is that the leasing agent said they were planning on gating it in a month after I planned on moving in; never happened. I pay a really low rent and haven't had any problems but I don't necessarily feel safe and would NEVER re-up my lease because of how trashy it is. There are goods and bads but, sad to say, I'm too good for this place. My neighbors aren't though, so they can stay. I'm moving out in a few months and can't wait to get something nice and safe.

Wow! You are seriously one stuck up b****! I have lived at these LUXURIOUS (sp?) apartments pho three years and have only had minor problems! You get what you pay for sista! Sorry you can??????t handle livin wit us ??????po?????? people and our food stamps! If you don??????t like it why don??????t you go door to door and leave money under the mat like St. Nick! Yeah, that??????s right us trash go to church!

doesnt really sound like your too good for the place. You were the one in such a tight position you had no other options. Sounds like bad credit or no job or both. So just because you think you're in a better position doesn't mean you are better than anyone else. In fact by your own omission you've never had any problems w/ the neighbors which doesn't sound like the ghetto to me. perhaps those people would rather live at their means and be financially stable and not have to put on pretenses unlike yourself who sounds like a snobby b*t*h up on his/her high horse just like the rest of America. And soon because everyone gets their comeuppance you'll be knocked down and shown that you are...wait excuse me... you ain't s**t p.s you sound like a cop and that just makes you a trained pig

Go ahead and drive by and tell me the place doesn't look like a dump. I had a week to move out of my last place because my "friend" kicked me out because we got in a fight and this was the one place that had availibilty and a fast application process. Yes, i am a spoiled stuck up bi*ch and sure am proud of it. I CAN afford better: so what?! Just because i can afford nice things and a nice place, I'm a bad person?! My neighbors are pot dealers and 9am drinkers. Tell me that's not trashy and ghetto. Oh and I have a great job and good credit, thanks for the concern though. I'll continue to ride my high horse until the very end ... I'll enjoy it up here too.
