I never really had any major problems as far as management and maintenance goes. It was o.k. I didn't like the fact that they had these mentally challenged people always walking down the street asking for money. And my neighbor below me was a b!#$@, the parking lot could be a bit bigger and there's no out entrace in the four plexs,you drive in and park but you have to back up and turn around and sometimes you can't turn around because there's other cars there so you just drive out backwards,,and then when I moved out they charged me for all this stuff but. Some of the stuff was reasonable to charge me for. And then kids would vandalize the washers and dryers so you couldn't really use them,,but you can always take your clothes to the laundry mat. it is not the managements fault those idiot kids vandalized everything. I was always seeing maintenance out there cleaning up their mess and painting over things. So it was pretty well kept as well.
