I have lived here from Oct of 2007 and will be moving out soon. Only signed a 6 month lease and they told me on my lease that my first months rent payment was due in Feb and then call me in Jan and tell me its due now. They give you up to the 5th day to pay rent then charge u late fees however by the 4th day they threaten you with evictions in 24hrs. The pools were lousy looking. I have seen swamps that looked cleaner than them. Right down the road there is a loony bin and the people come around the complex at all hours of the night singing at the top of their lungs. When i moved in it took several months to get some things fixed and me telling the staff several times. You can hear the RATS running through the walls and the cielings yet the office staff says they dont have rats and that it is a squirrel or possum. Some of the residents have no control; of their kids and they run outside starting at 6:30 or 7am and dont stop until 12am. Also having people come up and asking you if u know where they can get drugs 2 to 4 times a week and the office does nothing about it. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
