I will be honest I do not live in this apartment complex but I am searching for a complex. I have to say It looks way to fishy for a complex to have perfect scores every time they are reviewed. All apartment complexes have problems somewhere. I do have to say shame on management defrauding all the people reading these reviews. Be honest about your complex, your readers will appreciate it more when or if they sign with you guys. I know i would not want to be duped out of my hard earned money by managers that lied and painted a pretty face. Think about it people...

I think you are right, and many others have said the same thing. But if you notice, no one else is writing their own 'bad' reviews. So maybe they are pumping up their own numbers, but maybe the place is really good, and therefore no one writes bad reviews to counter-attack.
It has caught my interest, I now have high expectations that if I move there they will memorize my family's name including our cat. They will even take her for a walk, they will sign all my packages, and return my call promptly if I have a maintanence issue.
They have set themselves up for 'high expectations'. ;)

You're right that is ----inng ridiculous. I've lived in alot of apartments but never where the management is nice and helpful. The management at Sienna Ridge apartments has to be a bunch of freaking idiots if they think we are going to believe those ratings.

I almost moved into this property, but the man living in the apartment had some sort of delay on his house being built. The staff was very quick to respond and moved us to their other location The Cliffs on Whitby, seconds away......newer, more expensive, better floor plan for the same price. I have loved every second here. The staff works at both locations. I feel safe and the only noise I hear comes from the cranky old man next door who bangs on the wall because does not like any noise even at five o'clock when people are getting home from work. The staff responded to this situation promptly and told him people are allowed to live their lives, but I am sure in a nicer way then that. It is more like a community, therefore no pool or fitness center. Shame on you people for thinking the staff gets on here and writes there own reviews. They really are nice people and they will do what they can to help. I laughed at the person who said they have high expectations for this place because they do know just about everybody's name, if you are friendly to them they remember, they know just about all the dogs and even have treats in the office to give. Every time I take my dog on a walk she runs straight to the office, and if she gets out on accident she runs straight to the office. And they do sign for packages, and you can bet they will be taken care of. As for maintenance, a toilet form one of the other tenants apartments overflowed and it went through our wall. We did not know untill eleven o clock at night when we got home. We called the service line, and the maintenance man called us back to say he is on his way!!!! We told him it was ok, that he could come in the morning. So just because you people have lived your life expecting everything to be bad doesn't mean everything is!

I also live in the sister complex, the cliffs on whitby, and I know it's hard to believe that this apartment complex is so wonderful, but it is. I've lived here for 7 months and enjoyed every moment of it. the staff is very friendly and quick to respond to any maintenance issues. I would highly recommend living here. I wish they would build more apt homes around the city for others to experience.
