That sucks that you feel that way (looks below)I am completely happy at sierra Ridge, I have lived here for almost 4 years this time and 6 years, 3 years before I moved back. They have really done a lot of work here since I left. The management is super nice and professional, seems like they have more plans for the community in the near future. I think that it is always quiet, i hardly ever even see people. I did notice that the surrounding area getting a little rough, right after katrina, but seem like that has change also. I know that there are people that have lived here for over 20 years and I plan on staying a long time also, just mad that I left and lost my 5 year resident reserved parking. Advice for the person below, whenever i have a problem or concern, i always tell the office, they seem like they care enough to resolve my issue.

Where do you live?! I'm very familiar with the managers and staff. They aren't the problem. It's the residents that they rent to that has this place in the #1 Dump Property List all over this town. Ever wonder why rent is so cheap here? Thus all the upgrades and construction. It's about time, don't you think? Open your door, raise a window... Can't you smell the garbage?
