Sierra Royale is a great place to live. Parking is great, the grounds are well maintained and it is not too pricy. One issue I would like to mention is the maintenance. It takes them days to get to your work orders. Sometimes management will give you a time when maintenance will show up, but most of the time they never do. I have now started to just go to there office and complain until someone shows up. (that seems to work). Another thing is they are full of excuses when they don't show up for a work order. You will probably hear "we need to order the part" alot. That should be your lightbulb telling you that I need to be a little more aggressive with the issue. My recommendation would be to hire additional maintenance employees and to get the current maintenance guy some training. It seemed as if he couldn't fix a thing. We were always having to wait for a third party to fix our stuff. I know I probably sound like I am complaining a whole lot but if you will be moving into this establishment, please make sure that maintenance fixes everything before you move in because if you wait until after you move in, nothing will get done. (At least in a timely manor!)
