Well, I have been loving here for a year and THANK GOD my lease ends next month. I was happy with this place in the beginning because the layout was nice and having a washer/dryer in the apt is a great help with my two kids. But then these past 4 months is when things started to get bad. There was a huge leak in my daughters closet from the people upstairs. The one thing that has bothered me the most is the fact that we have "unwanted guests" just about every few days. I'm talking about roaches. There is an infestation of them in the rotten wood that is all around the premises. Everytime I go out at night I find myself running inside my door b/c there are roaches crawling around and flying. Dont get me wrong, I am a neat freak, so my house is NOT dirty, so when I find roaches in the apartment, it is disgusting. Another thing is the rude neighbors. It seems like I have elephants walking around upstairs and then the other neighbor who has his surround sound going on everynight in his living room, which mind you is right next to my bedroom. So just some advice, DONT MOVE HERE! I cant wait to get out of here.
