Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
Everyone seemed great before we signed the lease. It was in a secluded area and the apt was huge. Then everything went wrong, we had constant problems with the property manager. There was constantly some kind of drama going on in the complex, not to mention we 2 convicted felons living next to us. The after my girlfriend had her 2 rear tires slashed, we decided to get the hell out. We talk to the management company to let them know that we did not feel safe, so they prorated our rent and we got out. Then as icing on the cake, the manager tried to stick us with a 900 DOLLAR carpet replacemnt fee on top of our deposit of 300 dollars. All this in a one bedroom in which the carpet already had stains. I sincerely hope the propery is under new management, if it isnt, do yourself a favor and stay away!!! BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
