This place is ridiculous

Ghetto. Seriously.

When I helped my girlfriend moved in there was a bunch of guys hanging out outside making catcalls to her, her two younger sisters and her mom. Classy.

They pay $200 plus for electricity every month even though their A/C is set at 81 degrees. It's vaulted ceilings according to her manager. It's more likely the 20 year old AC units they have.

Everything's falling apart, all the appliances are old and you can tell where they've spackled to do their "repairs."
