This place is the pitts.
I have never had more problems getting repairs made. I have had a hole in my bedroom wallfor 4 months before it was fixed although I was into the office everyother week asking for it to be fixed. After complaining for several months for them to fix the water drip from the apartment above us they cut a hole in our ceiling and left it there for another 3 months before I threatened them with a city health inspector, ta-da the next day someone was in to fix it. Not to mention the water leak for the washer and dryer above us that they just painted over with out repairing the molding sheetrock. Then the fire in the laundry room, and the staff who laugh at you behind your back. Not to mention the day that I moved in they told me I was getting a ground floor apartment and that it was being cleaned, and then I show up on move-in day and they tell me I can't get that appartment because the person never moved out and then they give me a different one on the second floor with carpet that hasn't been cleaned and no lock on the door with a hole in the wall. Not to mention the staff, all of whom have lied straight to my face! No I'm getting out of here as fast as I can.
