Spend a little more and get something much nicer

Yeah, the price is great but my opinion is "If it seems too good to be true, then it probably is." And it is. The only positive is that the office staff are nice and friendly. Trying to get maintenance problems fixed was nightmarish, even when there were health-related issues involved. We only lived there 3 months (short term lease) and I couldn't have put up with another month there. Over 2 months later, we're still waiting for our deposit refund (over $200). Noise was a constant problem - from drunken neighbors to large dogs. And there were the oh-so-fun police visits to deal with unruly neighbors. There were repeated problems with car alarms which went on until they turned themselves off. Seriously, if you need the absolute cheapest thing for a short period of time, then fine. But don't plan on moving your family in for a long term situation. In fact, just move in what you need to live and get the hell out ASAP.
