Don't do it, It'd not worth it!

I don't know where to start. I thought it would be a great deal because of the cheap rent and the close proximity to UTSA. However There are so many problems. There are people shouting outside at all hours of the night. Children are left unsupervised. Even at one in the morning middle school kids are swimming and yelling. The apartments are really irresponsible on following through with policies. All size dogs are allowed and there are fines for not keeping your dog on a leash and not picking up after it. The office never reinforces the rules. I have a small dog and she doesn't like the large dogs. even though I have complained repeatedly they will not fine the owners, and the large dogs are allowed to run freely and jump on anyone they wish. They also don't reinforce the rules for picking up dog waste. Many of the large dog owners feel it is ok to leave their huge pile of dog waste on the ground. This accumulates quite quickly. Now everytime I walk out my front door it smells STRONGLY of dog poop. This can carry diseases and even seeps into the aquifer when it rains. This is disgusting. There are alot of drug deals and dark creepy people walking around late at night. I don't suggest that anyone walk around alone after dark, Seriously. Even though the price is great, realize what you are in for. You definately pay for what you get.
