This place was cool before Lynd took over ... they SUCK !!! I cannot get repairs done, and I have gone by the book for doing so ... The manager Amber is a ----- ... with no care for the tenants ... they have an answer for things with a put off time ... with no follow up and no notification of "why" for delays for appointments of maintenance. I have been here 3 years and am counting the days to get the hell outta here ... I told them with my last renewal that I only wanted 6 months .. they gave me a lease for a year and still charged me the 6 month price ... then refused to fix that ... This place is falling apart too ... cracked walls ... stained carpets, old appliances ... DON'T DO IT MAN !!!

dude your right, that place was junk, and the manager, the quicker they get rid of her the better that place will be.....her day is coming for sure...just wait
