It's not the manager. I am on my second one after her and it still sucks. Recently there was a fire in my building, in the neighboring apartment and the management has done nothing to help me and my family. I think that they were unprofessional about the whole situation. And when confronted about all this i got nothing but attitude from the whole staff. I was left without utilities and they would not put me up anywhere. I was left with a mess where they ripped out half my wall in my living room and i had to clean in up. I had to miss work for the repairs. I was not contacted in any way about the fire from the management. after the smoke cleared not pun intended all the doors to my apartment was left open by the apartment staff and anyone could have walked in. I was not compensated for my time or hardship. They said the fire was electrical, this makes the 2nd such fire in my building alone since i have moved here. All the other people that i talked to that was involed in the fire have had simular complaints. This place freaking sucks. I have never had to deal with such bad service or disrespect in my life. I had complained about several things one being my front door would not lock properly and it took them 6 months and me asking to be released from my lease for them to finally fix it. And from what i here from others staying here they have a habbit of losing rent chacks.
