I moved here in August of '08, it's only been about 7 months and I HATE everything about it. The staff..ie. Crystal, seem nice however, she's just fake and will act like she's listening to you and then will do nothing about it. Maintenance is also nice, but they never get anything done. I have a smell in the apartment that won't go away, it smells like mildew urine smoke. It's been here from day one when I first called to have it taken care of. They never did ONE thing about it. I have personally had the carpets shamppooed and a day later the smell was back! I've called in for two other repairs, one took them 3 calls and 2 months to fix, the other has yet to be fixed. This is ridiculous. The people here are disgusting, low life animals. They yell, scream, fight at all hours of the night, honk their horns like it's a party at 4 am and trash the place. My neighbors slam their doors everytime they leave so hard that it shakes my apt. even at 3/4 am. The ambulance and cops are ALWAYS here, at least twice a week! The apartments have old appliances, damaged walls floors etc. I can't wait to leave this hell hole. You will also see 15 & 16 years olds drinking in plain day & sight out on the pool deck and even in the pool with their glass containers. Do NOT live here. You WILL REGRET it. This apartment complex just needs to go down under, Im sure it will.

I AGREE TOTALLY TO THIS THEY SUCK HERE DRUGS ARE ALWAYS HERE OUT IN PLAIN VIEW ADULTS WHO TELL ON KIDS FOR DOIN THE DRUGS HELL TEH SAME ADULTS ARE OUTSIDE DOIN IT TOO PISSES ME OFF... AND YES THE COPS ARE ALWAYS HERE
