I wanted to move out within the first month that I was here. The reasons are so numerous that I get agitated every time I leave my apartment. Aside from the somewhat decent floorplan, the apartments are not that great at all and even if they were, what's outside detracts from the overall feel of this place. Some key points that anyone, including management, would be hard pressed to disagree with:

Huge speedbumps everywhere, entrance onto Medical is hazardous and always busy, the landings look like new york city sidewalks, residents are irresponsible with their trash, cigarettes, beer bottles, broken glass everywhere, always noise from neighbors, the garbage will just pile up outside by the dumpsters, trash was not picked up for nearly 2 weeks recently, registered sex offender living here (check it out in the SAPD website), maintenance is irresponsive even after written requests, parking is limited, front gate is always broken (I think mgmt has just given up on this).

If the number of posts on this site regarding this place are any testiment to what is going on then that alone should speak for itself. If I was the owner I would be concerned.

Needless to say I will not be renewing my lease.
