i have been living here for aout 2yr and this place has went to the dogs,when these apartments was bought by this new company everything went down hill. i will not recommend this place to even hurricane victims. and yes the manager she is never there, and the people how they have fixing stuff i think they are related to the office staff you know a family hook up job!. and you would like by being the medical center area that the place would be very nice, well it started out that way, so please old owners if youare reading this please buy the place back. MBS is the worst and they are cheap, all this money that we pay in rent adn we have to beg to things to get done. I'm not goign to beg them and pay them at the same time.
