Apartments ARE Haunted!

I just read one of the past reviews about the apartments being haunted, and that person must live in the same building as mine. There has been reported a woman that paces in front of building 13 and 12, and she's in a long old-timey dress. I know it sounds crazy, but it's cool. It looks like she's looking for someone or something. I've been doing research, and have some leads as to who she might be, but still have some more research to look at. Pretty cool!!!
