I lived at Signature Ridge from 2003 - 2005 and had a decent experience. The apartments were nice and new, and the amenities that I actually used were okay too. I heard my neighbors from time to time, but I do at my current place, too. I've lived in apartments for the last 12 years and haven't lived anywhere where I haven't heard my neighbors. I moved because I needed a larger apartment at Signature Ridge did not have what I needed in my price range at the time. MBS had taken over management when I left and I had a deposit. Priscilla walked my apartment when I left, and told me that I'd get my deposit back. After a couple of months I called to see what the status was and she was no longer there, but I found out that she never turned in the paperwork. The new assistant handled it right then and there, gave me confirmation of what she sent to corporate and I got my check in the next week. I didn't go crazy about not having the money right away because I didn't need it, but I feel bad at this time becuase I did put a very ugly review about Signature Ridge before and now that they took care of my issue I do feel differently.
