Please don't move in.....i'm trying to get out as it is!
The maint. is slow, I asked for the broken dish washer (that was filled with mildewing water) to be fixed, and all they did was drain it....It still doesn't work!
The gates that they probly charge more to the rent for NEVER WORK!!! And one of our carswas broken in to, and the other was STOLEN! The gates still don't work.
The tennants are loud with all their partying til like 5 in hte morning. The dumpsters never get emptied....and we pay for that too! All gym equip. is broken.
The management is NEVER in the office, not even to take the rent check, and their idea of a drop box is a door slot that just drops the payment on the FLOOR! Scary! I even think they make the potential residents look at the apt by themselves! They just give you the key while they sit on their butt.
There aRre so many other BAD THINGS to say about Signature Ridge, but have no more room..... BUYER BEWARE!

Like I said before, the manager and her staff all bang eachother on the weekends and that is why nothing ever gets done.
