I never saw such an irresponsible apartment management. They won??t give peace to residents even after they move out. Go away! Never return to this place. I left after my bathroom faucet was leaking for 2-3 months; management never gave attention to my continuous repair requests, a car was broken into and another was stolen. Gates are open always. I was having problem with my security system and sometimes it makes big noise like a Fire engine siren. We complained many times; they will say that service person will be in the apartment within half-an-hour; but after that nobody is shown up and nobody pays attention to it.

I am still getting Utility bills, even though I escaped from the HELL 4 months ago. I made 8 phone calls to fix the Utility issue and most of the time it goes to corporate office and I need to start from the beginning of the story every time, they will write down and my phone number and never called back. We are lucky if we can talk to the staff at Signature Ridge (2 times during the past 8 phone calls). Even then, after transferring the story, name and phone numbers, what we get is frustration and headache.
