I have (along with many other residents) since June 2005 requested that an ear-damaging high-pitched beep that has been ongoing since June 2005 be fixed. After Code Compliance came out and after the Fire Marshall did, citing the complex, still, nothing has been done to rectify the problem. Fair Housing has contacted them repeatedly and the office keeps saying they'll fix it, they still haven't. It's always "in progress". In the interim, this tenant is unable to use the patio she has paid for and which was the reason she moved into the complex (huge patios), is ubable to sleep well, has suffered ear damage (still to be determined by a doctor if temporary or if will be chronic or irreparable). Ten months of high-pitched noise coming through the plaster in the bedroom wall. Can't open windows and sliding doors, as it becomes louder. It comes through earplugs because of its highpitched tone. MBS property took over last April (2005). Since then, this is the most significant problem I personally have had with them, but it speaks volumes if they won't respond to citations given by the Fire Marshall. Word is they are selling the property. Perhaps when a new company takes over, things will be back to excellent. Other than the property management company, it's a great property. Great access to freeway. HUGE patios, which for me are unusable, and they don't seem to care to give any concessions for lost sleep, ear damage, or the inability to use my patio, or open my windows and sliding doors. Until MBS sells property, stay away, unless you don't care if your repeated requests go unsanswered.

Oh my goodness! It looks like we have the same issue! What process did you go through to have a citation written? I would love to get together and discuss this with you to see if we can't all team up to get something accomplished.

Whatever.....and I was referring to other posts that were pulled for whatever reason when no personal identifiers or profanity was involved. So get your facts straight before you reply.

actually, your post is inappropriate. You got pulled most likely due to your personal attack on someone's figure and AIDS insinuations. That is out of line. I agree that the place sucks and the management is less than desireable but there is another way to put it so your post stay up to help others.
