Whatever you do, do NOT live here!!!

1. Several times I've peaked out my window and witnessed fights on the walkway and in the parking lot. Many mornings I've walked to my car, stepping over trails of blood from the fights of the previous nights.

2. Many times I've had to shut my windows on a Saturday morning, because men are yelling (cursing, calling them names) at their women or visa-versa.

3. There is intense partying and drinking, which makes the complex feel very unsafe and definitely is not conducive if you need your sleep (like a graduate student or professional).

4. It doesn't matter how serious a problem you have with your apartment, the management DOES NOT CARE! They are very unprofessional and will not do the minimum to help out a resident. THEIR WORD MEANS NOTHING. They will smile and tell you they will handle it all day, but never pick up the phone and get it done. If you don't have the time to physically go there, constantly put everything in writing, and call twice a day...most likely this is not the place for you to live.

For the type of money you pay here (especially for a 1:1), it would be better to go somewhere else, where at least you can trust if something goes wrong you will get the minimum care and courtesy.
