The further into the complex you drive the worse the maintenance gets. There are no outside lights in whole blocks. Having to wait to get an air conditioner filter until a number of tenants need one is the lowest thing I've ever heard.

Handicapped parking needs to be policed and violators should be towed at all times.

The pool and hot tub need to be cleaned up.

These are all valid points and I am sure that management is aware of these issuse. I take it that you are in need of a handicap space with the proper display of your handicap need. YOu need to call the answering service let them know so that the can dipatch the towing service. There is a towing service that drives through a night and does tow cars that are parked illegaly. Management can only get done what is approved by the corp. office. The management can only do what they can until they get what they need from corp. to take care of the property. I am sure that with 612 apartments that they hear the same thing everyday. And I know for a fact that they are just as frustrated if not more that you. So cut them some slack. Instead of coming on here and bashing them why dont you throw into the mix a few postives because I know that there are some. Location , Apartment size and different floorplans. Garages 2 pools basketball court etc. Try to take the Negitive out of your tone and give positive constructive critisum

It's sad that the management has to come on here to TRY to make themselves sound good. Instead of coming on to read how horrible you are, why don't you spend this time being "constructive" and actually try to make this place at least decent enough to live. Also, you should probably get an education and learn how to spell before trying to "act" like a professional (i.e. critisum)!

Please .....I dont work in the office I have worked in the industry for many years and I come on here to inform people like yourself about problems you cry about on here instead of reading your lease contract. And of course someone of your narrow mind has to again write something pointless on this site. I just think itis funny how you assume that people who actually work in the office respond back to the comments made on here. They are too busy dealing with real issues so complain to them rather than coming on here with stupid remarks(i.e get an education ) Get a Life Loser
