This place was wack! We move into a 2/2 because our last place was to small. Sig. Ridge was bigger and looked nicer. We paid $837 plus @$100 for electric and @$100 for cable and internet. What a joke! We just moved out to a place thats only 640 and has free electric and cable! Sig Ridge was loud and has no parking. The new management is the same as the old. They just moved in a bunch more people to up capacity. This means that the dumpsters will overflow quicker and there will be even less parking and more noise. Trying to turn onto medical drive is incredible difficult in the morning. This place was such a hastle to live at. Glad I moved out.

News flash: Most people pay electic and cable when they rent or buy a home. I can not image what type of place you are in that includes electric and cable does it include the roaches too?
