The management changed in August and they are horrible. Totally nonresponsive to repairs or complaints. The manager sits in her office all day on the internet BSing with employees. The red headed dude in the front office is the only decent person. The overly tantastic blond is impossible to talk to because of her bizarre facial expression.

Residents can't bother themselves to open the lid of the dumpsters, so the drop their trash in front of it. Dog crap is everywhere. Management does not enforce any rules. Beer cans and bottles every where. There is one building where the residents just chuck their trash from their balcony to the grass below and don't bother to pick it up, neither does the maintenance guys. Unless you are the type of person who doesn't care about what your environment looks like, don't bother even looking at the apartments... you can find some nicer places for the same price.

And I am signing this anonymously because they would be the kind of people who retaliate. For the price you would think it is a nice place to live, but don't bother.

I completely agree! I have called in the same work order 5 times and it still hasn't been done. I tried to talk to the new manager about it but she's to busy eating tweenkies to take anyones calls.
