Whatever u do, do not live in a 1st floor apartment. U won't sleep! New neighbors moved in a month after we did and sound like a heard of elephants up there. Now we are stuck for 8 more months.

Apartment was not cleaned what so ever when we moved in. There were spider webs in all the corners and all over the walls. But, they give u a very detailed list as to what better be cleaned when u move out and what they are willing and able to charge u.

Hope u don't want to take a shower while someone else does in the same apartment you will both be finishing up with cold water. The toilets insides are held together by safety pins.

Parking is fine in the building I'm in but the lighting is terrible. There is none on the sides which is quite scary when going to work at 5am.

The police are constantly here.
