I have lived in Signature Ridge for over 2 years now. I don't even know where to begin. Every now and then you might hear a loud car pass by. Management sent out memos telling people not to do this. This is pretty much all management can do people. Previous management was renting out the rooms below market value. Because of this, they never had enough money to repair equipment in the gym, clean the pools, etc. Therefore, we should all be happy someone who knew what they were doing came along and took over. I have never had a problem with parking. The longest walk I've ever had to make was from the building next door. And that was because someone was throwing a party. Yes, there are lots of speed bumps, but because it's safe enough for children to run around outside. Better safe than sorry. Garbage in the breezeways is because of your neighbors people. Don't slam the apartments because your neighbors are unkempt. Management always comes to my service right away and with HUGE smiles on their face. If they can help you, they will. Repairs in my apartment are always fixed right away. For example: Last week I called maintenance at 4:30 pm to get my door fixed (it started getting stuck due to cold weather) and my disposal repaired (something got stuck in it... I dunno). Maintenance came over at 9:30 am THE NEXT DAY! The apartments come with alarms for that little bit of added security. You're not supposed to get an outside company to reprogram it. Maintenance does it for you. And of course they have your codes; they need them to get into your apartment in case you asked for repairs and aren't home at the time. You can, of course, ask them not to do this and to come back when you're home. So seriously... I have no idea what these people are complaining about. The only move I've ever considered is one to a bigger room... same apt. complex though.
