Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2007
when I moved in, we had doorside garbage pickup; some residents were to ignorant to place it outside on the proper day, so we lost that.
it also took me 2 years to get a proper handicap only parking sign--the first time I went to the apartment I was trapped insiide for 3 days because someone else paprked in the handicap spot (they weren't handicapped) and their guest parked in the striped safety zone next to the handicap spot!
Now, we can't even get them to keep lights replaced in the parking areas, and I can't afford to move.
