First of all, I overnighted a deposit money order to the office under the directions of the leasing agent, and then the very next morning someone named ------- did not recognize the name and sent the package back. Next she calls and said oops I sent your package away with the money order deposit hehehehe, thinking it was some kind of joke. With this, I had to re fax the application because the first time around was not the right application they sent. After that I was staying with a friend who lives there and called down early in the morning to sign the lease at 915 am, this ------- told me to wait 45 minutes, so I wait even longer than that and around 11 am I come back to sign the lease and it wasn't even typed up. I asked to see the apartment while things were getting prepared and she would not let me see the apartment even though I had furniture delivered already and it was set up. Next, we finally get to sign the lease and this ------- was complaining to us her personal problems that she came in just for us to sign the lease and was too concerned with taking a final instead of being personable to me as a renter. So we get to the apartment finally, and the air conditioner was not working. We called down and told them that it was uncomfortable and hot. So we go to lunch and move stuff from the storage building to the apartment for a few hours and come back to find a note that the filter was changed but had gotten even hotter. We call back and tell them that it has gotten unbearably hot and have to wait another hour or so for someone to come. Eventually, they fixed the A/C unit which needed to cool down because it was over heating or something like that. So the air finally works and we are cooled off from moving things upstairs. Overall, I was highly disappointed with the attitude of ------- who complicated the whole thing. I originally was planning on going to Villas at Medical Center or promontory pointe, but Promontory was too much and didn't have any available units and Villas was too much although ------- called us back when Sig ridge never bothered to contact us. Signature Ridge is not a bad place, but just one person can throw everything off and disappoint alot of people and make alot of people angry. I like the location of sig ridge and it is not bad looking or in bad shape.

Thats kind of what happened to me! 2 months ago i had everything ready and signed everything and i came to get the keys..the woman who helped me 2 months ago was named -------. So i walk in and ask for ------- and ------- tells me she doesnt work here anymore. Apparently they got a whole new staff so i had to redo everything..i was supposed to move in on 8/18 but now itll be on the 22nd ive been staying with my friend ever since..
